Cooking Tip
Cabbage Tip
If you are in a hurry a good tip is to use the pre-shredded cabbage. It’s not Napa but it’s just as good and it will speed things up. Plus, you won’t have made a mess of your kitchen.

Cooking Tip
Sesame Seeds

A money saving tip is to go buy untoasted sesame seeds at the market and toast them yourself. You can get a lot more sesame seeds to use at a later time. To toast them just put them in a skillet over medium heat with some butter and remove them from the skillet when they are a nice golden color.
