I love pasta and I love tuna. Plus I really like cold pasta salads for lunch. This is a great one and it has lots of layers of flavors and lots of nice textures.
Ingredients -
1 Container Frozen Whipped Topping (8-oz, thawed )
1 Package Dry Instant Butterscotch Pudding
1 Can Crushed Pineapple With Juice (8-oz)
3 Cups Apples (diced)
1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
1 Cup Marshmallows
Preparation:
1. Mix the cool whip, butterscotch pudding and crushed pineapple with juice.
2. Add the apples, roasted nuts and marshmallows.
3. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Dry roasted peanuts are the traditional nut used but try using pistachios, cashews, or slivered almonds. They are equally as tasty.
