Ranch Fish Salad

This is an amazing salad that you can make a unique sandwich with using this as the filling or you can just eat it plain with your cracker of choice.
Ingredients -
1 Head of Butter Lettuce (shredded)
5 Hard Boiled Eggs (sliced)
1 Pound of Cooked Salmon (flaked, deboned)
Ranch Dressing
1Bunch of Green Onion (diced)
Crackers of Choice
 
Preparation:

1. Wash and dry the lettuce.

2. Mix the ingredients with salad dressing making it the constancy of choice.

3. Put a layer of lettuce at the bottom of the bowl.

4. Then one of the fish mixtures.

5. Do this alternatively, leaving plenty of lettuce for the top.

6. Garnish with the hard boiled eggs.

7. Serve with crackers.

Taste Testing

Remember to taste as you go along adding the ranch dressing. You don’t want the flavor of the ranch to overpower the flavor of the fish.

Deboning the Salmon

Be very very sure that when you are deboning the salmon you are very certain that you get all those tiny little sharp bones out of the mixture. You wouldn’t want one of those to stick you in the mouth.
